A great easy lunch from Indonesia. Change the seasoning how you like it!
Recipe: Green Bell Pepper - 1
Yellow onion - 1
Carrots - 4
Ginger - to taste
Garlic (I actually forgot this in the video :O) to taste, around 2 cloves
Sweet soy sauce - around
Snow peas - around two cups
Peanut oil (DO NOT USE SOYBEAN) around 2-3 tablespoons
Leeks and mungbean sprouts (if you can find them)
Ramen (or other vegan) noodles - 18 oz
1: Cook noodles and let them cool.
2: Saute bell pepper, carrots and onion in peanut oil. Add garlic, ginger and sweet soy sauce. Cook about 15 minutes.
3: Add all other ingredients except noodles, cook another 15 minutes.
4: Toss with noodles and serve.
